How the rankings work
When you finish the CPU benchmark or GPU test, the scores are sent to us anonymously together with your graphics chip name, operating system, browser and CPU thread count. Nothing that identifies you is stored: no cookies, no IP address and no account.
Browsers do not reveal the processor model, so devices are grouped by the graphics chip the browser reports. For Apple Silicon, phones and most laptops this also identifies the processor family. Each device shows the trimmed median of its results, and a device page is published once it has enough results to be reliable.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my processor not listed by name?
Browsers hide the CPU model for privacy. They do report the graphics chip, which is why devices are grouped by GPU. For desktops with a separate graphics card, CPU scores can vary more within one group.
Why is my score lower than the average?
Battery saver, high temperatures, other open apps and browser extensions all lower scores. Plug in, close other apps and use the same browser as the comparison.
Can I compare these scores with Geekbench or Cinebench?
No. These are our own browser benchmarks, so only compare them with other results on this page.
Is my result stored with personal data?
No. We store only the scores and basic device details listed above, without cookies or IP addresses, and use them only for these rankings.
